I have yet to find a popular IDE with decent support for version control systems. It might support committing and adding / removing files, but most don't support remotes, and none that I have seen support rebasing and branching (which are both very important).

bbPress isn't really appropriate for this. If it is tested, it should be tested as a seperate script. From what I've read so far, Google XML Sitemaps is used quite often - it is one of the worst plugins for triggering HRUs. Relevant plugins that I use: Statsurfer Preserve Code...

I, too, disagree with you - I like the name. I would prefer "Website" instead of "Site", but that's probably just me being picky. Also, how about a short chapter (or section, w/e) about releasing and licensing code? It's not entirely related to the book, but certainly applies in some circumstances.

I LOVE Komodo IDE, but unfortunately it is pretty expensive. If you are a student, it is worth contacting them and asking for a discount - I heard that they offer a pretty heavy discount to students.

How about a section on how to get support if something goes wrong, or what to do if your site goes down? (eg don't go straight onto the forums screaming MY SITE IS DOWN, check to see whether it is just your site or the entire server). If I can write a section on something for you, I'd be more...
