Your files cannot be recovered. I have heard that they are upgrading the affected customers account to illuminated plan. I am not sure about the news tho, ask some higher staff member about the news.

It is working even with "/login/?login_theme=cpanel". Its a better way to go to cPanel if one does not want to fill those captcha.
