We can't help you without more specific information such as error messages, links to non working things, etc... saying it doesn't work without any more information makes it hard to even guess at what the problem is. PHP 5.3 changed a lot of stuff, you may have to update your scripts\coding for it.

What specifically does not work? What errors are you getting, and what exactly are you trying?
