I think your issue might be that the resource that your page is requesting is located on a server that is down right now; hopefully they will have this resolved before morning.

Filezilla ftp client will log right in and let you take care of business, including email until they have this issue resolved; we all need to be patient with the tech's at x10 this is a web wide issue not just an x10 problem.

Filezilla (ftp) has no problems logging in, if you need file access; just sayin' good alternative to cpanel, you can go through your email too, not very graphical, but it beats watching the connecting spinner!
