There shouldn't be any difference - it should either serve the file as a web page or try to send it as an attachment / download. Have you tried specifying the full site URL including the filename, paying particular attention to Linux being case sensitive? I'm hoping it's just a case of...

I did have a quick look before I went out and it was showing a 404 error - I suspect it may have been a temporary fault or something that's resolved itself, or that androi11 reuploaded from a backup. At least it's resolved now. I like this one -

That's a SMF setting. Look through the configuration pages and if you can't find it you'll have to get in contact with SMF's tech support as its a 3rd party solution.

Add it as a Parked Domain and it'll work. Parked Domain uses the same files as the main domain, Addon Domain uses a different set of files, so you can have multiple sites from one account.
