From what you advise me, it is to do a fresh installation of Joomla and reinstall the template. The problem is that the web ALREADY HAD IT CONFIGURED and the texts written ... :-( What if I copy all the files via FTP to a folder, reinstall and copy the files back to the server?

Would I lose everything I have configured?

@Anna, please :-( I can access the x10Hosting Cpanel and even my files, ftp, profile, etc ... The problem I currently have is that overnight, my website stopped working, and all I did was change the username and email. It's the last thing I did.

The updates are not because it has been updating itself for a long time and it has not given me problems. The error started to happen when I changed my default username and email within x10hosting.

Right now I can access the CPanel without problems. The error is thrown when accessing the web either through the CPanel link or through Google. Yes, worked ok before... I can access It had been a long time without updating anything on the website. Only the automatic updates that were carried...
