The error message on your website would be something related to the software you're running. Without knowing what that software is, there wouldn't be a way to diagnose it.

Asking admin to look into blacklist.

Please ask the 10hosting.com administrators to remove my IP from the blacklist. If you need any information, ask me. Thank you.

Can you log in to DirectAdmin using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
or do you still get an error.

im assuming that your joomla worked ok before.
did you add any new plugins or updates to joomla ?

Right now I can access the CPanel without problems. The error is thrown when accessing the web either through the CPanel link or through Google. Yes, worked ok before...
I can access It had been a long time without updating anything on the website. Only the automatic updates that were carried out, but it never gave problems until I entered CPanel of x10hosting and modified the username and email address that came by default ...

You can log in to directadmin and access your website files ?
or do you have trouble logging in ??

i get the error when i try to look at your website.
so that looks to me like a problem with your joomla.
the automatic updates may have killed your website.

The updates are not because it has been updating itself for a long time and it has not given me problems.
The error started to happen when I changed my default username and email within x10hosting.

so what your saying is you have 2 problems.
1 -you cannot login to the directadmin (i cant see your account)
2- your website is broken (thats the error i see)

changing your x10 accounts password and email does not effect
what peoples see when they go to your website.

the error i see is when i try to view your webpage.

maybe @Anna can get your password reset.
or help you sort it out.

@Anna, please :-(

I can access the x10Hosting Cpanel and even my files, ftp, profile, etc ...
The problem I currently have is that overnight, my website stopped working, and all I did was change the username and email. It's the last thing I did.

from what you are describing the problem is with your joomla,
not a problem with your x10 hosting login.

if thats the case you may be better off deleting joomla,
and any related files/databases then re-install joomla.
thats just what i would do anyway, just my opinion.

Check your error log in DirectAdmin and also look if there is an error log file anywhere (perhaps administrator/logs ?)

Would I lose everything I have configured?

if you do as I suggested yes you would.
again thats just what i would do if i had the joomla login issue.
creating the new database when re-installing joomla i mean.
i would not use the old database unless the errors were fixed.

the reason i would is i find you mess with 1 error,
your likely going to get another or a few more errors and so on.
i would just redo it all and start fresh.
but thats me, other people may disagree and try to fix it.

You can create a new installation and then copy the old database on top of the new database. It's not guaranteed to work, but the content won't be lost that way.

@garrettroyce
i was thinking that, but if that database had a bad password in it,
you'd be right back to the first issue,
which was log in errors.
I've seen with most databases that the username and passwords
get encoded when saved in a database, so cant just be replaced.
just saying.
