I use cPanel, the basic hosting is far too simplistic to be useful to me. I get the sign up now page - but when I enter my email and check the box saying I agree to the terms, NOTHING happens when I click Signup now!

I really want to use Cloudflare but it doesn't seem to work at all through cPanel. I do not have a custom domain name, so I'm using a xx.elementfx.com domain name. Please help!

As described in the title, when I try to use Cloudflare through my CPanel - it simply doesn't work/doesn't do anything. I've entered my email address, I've ticked the checkbox agreeing to the terms, and finally hit the "Signup now!" button - but nothing happens?! What's going on here...
