Could you take a screen shot of your cpanel file manager and the basic x10hosting control panel. Remove information like usernames.etc. Take it of the folders of public_html. And of your control panel where you try to remove the site. You can delete .rvsitebuilder if you want to.

Have you checked your firewall settings? And is 'Connection Timed Out' the only error you get; doesn't it say anything else? Post what it says in the log box where is says 'Command' and 'Response'.

Hi, no you shouldn't remove information_schema, I don't think you can even delete that; it's there by default. Also, when you click remove, did you check the box that says 'Check this box if you also want to remove the published website folder.' That's the reason the website is still there...
