Hello, According to our system, it's added as an addon domain. You said you had removed it as a parked domain, however if it exists anywhere in cPanel it will not allow the change. Could you double check it's not under the "Addon domains" section of your cPanel?

Hello, That domain is currently added as an addon domain on your cPanel. You need to remove it from everywhere, then change it in the account panel to use it as your main domain.
