What do I do to fix the 403?

I am in the process of making a mobile version of my site but I had to disable the plugin and stuff because it kept redirecting me to m.talkly.co which I guess isn't working yet. I tried making sub domains in the past and I always get this message.

I get a lot of error messages, especially when trying to upload media. Plus my site occasionally says it's trying to allocate memory or something.. I haven't even used that much memory. And all these HTTP errors and stuff are really causing concern. My website is www.talkly.co
