Yes, it does. There are 2 options, pay to remove the timer, or upgrade to paid hosting which does not have this timer.

New cPanel theme based on the new logo has been installed on all free servers. All accounts should now have the new theme, with some new options, links etc. Theme includes an inactivity reminder, to let you know if you need to login to the forums, At this time, users who have the timer removed...

Russ the Bus, I like it.. And, all of the ones I got had done the following, Setup more than one other account, donated the signup credits to one account, and never used the other accounts. The accounts they drained had no posts, and some of the users had set up more than 50 accounts doing this.
