I would suggest that you don't let others put their Google ads on you site, it's against Google's policy plus they're a huge company they would find out and that user would have his Adsense account deleted ;). Nice offer though! What are your banner sizes?

I would suggest centering the text in the table by removing: .oneColFixCtr #container { text-align:left; } ftom page.css (line 110). It just looks a bit smarter centered.

I see you've gone for the basic web 2.0 look :). You might need a bit of work on the buttons though, perhaps make it one solid colour to keep it all simple and probably add another column to your layout so it looks like it has more content.

It's actually a very effective background, in web 2.0 it's better to stick to a few colours and keep the it's simple, I have seen many similar sites with this kind of effect and are very popular I kept the simple layout and colour scheme. I think the logo is alright because I have kept it...

I would say make the content section full width. Same with the footer. A change of logo would look quite nice too :).
