Make sure you check your spam or bulk folder. Some mail servers don't like mail from x10hosting. Additionally some may block it if the email_from is a domain which has a restrictive spf. You might want to change the "from" field to an email account on your domain.

In Paypal there should be a subscription listed. Unless you canceled it in paypal, it should reoccur.

I have unsuspended you. Unsuspensions aren't normally instant, there based on the load of the system, so it can sometimes take a few hours for it to take effect.
