I'm using well over the disk space allocated for an ad-free account and due to my financial situation I'm unable to purchase the upgrades right now. In the future I'll be doing it, but right now it's not something I can do. I'm using WordPress.

I'm talking in general and not specifics. If someone developed a working BIOS that played 360 games, the BIOS would not be illegal.

The emulation software still isn't illegal. If you don't own the games and/or are distributing them to others, then you are clearly breaking the law. The BIOS isn't illegal when they have been developed from the ground up. Only copyrighted BIOS are illegal.

I've yet to get it. I wont purchase a PS3 until it has some worthwhile games that I can't get on other platforms. MGS4 is just 1 game I'd want and if it came to the 360, there's really no reason to get a PS3. And as for the original website taking it down, it seems as if they were trying to...
