Once your account is deleted your info related to the account is gone forever. You have to re configure again once you create your new hosting account....

Hosting account will be deleted after 14 days but not certain when.... And Forum account remains. If you want to register in future you can use create new hosting account and use the same forum account....

What ever is there on your site is your responsibility, It doesn't matter who uploaded and it is wrong that you given your account info to some other person. So Your account can not be unsuspended.

Are you sure all the settings are correct? Did you tried to use the repair_settings.php ? If not try it once.... You can find the repair_settings.php on simple machines site....

When I visit the site. I see a black screen What is there in the index file. Did you wrote some text in the index file or it is blank with only black background?

As I told you, the DNS propagation may take upto 48 hours you have to wait And the settings are correct. I can see your domain is set as primary domain and it is pointing to x10 servers.

When I visit your site, It is showing some lime survey. Is this is your site? The DNS propagation may take upto 48 hours, Flush dns and try again.
