Wow umm, I personal think you should start over use Joomla! Find a nice "Fun" fitting template and make sure the colors aren't plain it makes a page look flat. Take a look at my website, look what ive done: http://xerogi.co.nr/

I have done that, and after i did that i gave the permissions then i typed the designation into he URL: /install/index.php that didnt work so i tried /install/ it just showed nothing. A blank white screen in my browser.
