graphics are not bad, but not rly good either

you you need to edit .htaccess and rewrite all your URLS with MOD rewrite. do not build your website inside a table, use divisions. if you know how, build variable meta data -> load meta data depending on page or article.

why dont you just build your site with WAMP and just upload it after? or did I miss something=)
