As soon as your site is available on the Internet, you can submit it to Google here at www.google.com/addurl.html But the real thing is that you don't need to submit your site to search engines.They will automatically find you.

Currently you have no any cpanel account linked with your forum .Since you are vip user you can have two cpanel accounts,One (or more) Paid and the other Free. Just sign up for another FREE cpanel account and link it with your forum account Hermoine22.
