Yep same. I issued a support ticket thing a weeks ago, got a completely unrelated response with something to do about restricting the number of FTP users. On to the point, as expected, it didn't work. No further reply in 70 hours.

Thank you Christopher. Can anyone confirm that this has made a difference? I have personally experienced no hiccups as of yet. Spoke to soon... the website is timing out again.

I second this, my site www.goodfellows-discos.co.uk constantly times out at least once every 10 minutes from both FTP, cPanel and the actual website itself. Could anyone tell us what is going on? Regards, Alex
