Starka.x10 down & SLOWLY in every hours

i know this free host..

but why this server ALWAYS down and slowly in EVERY HOURS???
what is this...?

I second this, my site www.goodfellows-discos.co.uk constantly times out at least once every 10 minutes from both FTP, cPanel and the actual website itself.

Could anyone tell us what is going on?

Starka also very slow for my site also..

Page refreshes are poor and Some time times out or fails completely.

Any ideas why?

I'm working on resolving the issue. A user is currently heavily abusing the server.

Update: Should be working fine now.

Can anyone confirm that this has made a difference? I have personally experienced no hiccups as of yet.

Oh my bad. I thought that was his/her subdomain (starka.x10hosting.com).

Still no joy very slow and unresponsive most of the time. Problem still exists Chris

It's getting worse now.. Only 1 in 5 attempts can I get to the site and then if I move to another page its even worse.

Yep same. I issued a support ticket thing a weeks ago, got a completely unrelated response with something to do about restricting the number of FTP users. On to the point, as expected, it didn't work. No further reply in 70 hours.

Same issue, all of my users are complaining to me that the site is always down after about 5 minutes everytime they go on it.
