Is it possible you placed your *.html page and the homepage.js and divclose.js code in the same directory?
If this is the case, the “/index/*.js” points to the wrong place. Try using:

Is there any particular area that concerns you? Your web directory public_html can be cleared, and maybe that’s all you need to do.
Your databases/users/passwords can be easily deleted, same as your emails accounts.

Your website is working, don’t worry. All you are missing is an index.html page in the public_html directory.
It’s very possible that you don’t have a backup yet, since your account was created just yesterday.
First try to login to your Account Panel (upper tab of these forums) using your forum credentials.
There you can check your cPanel username (on the left column) and change password if needed (right column).

OR, if you want to do it the easy way, you can install many blogs using the Softaculous Installer.
It does the whole thing for you, including the database thing.
Go to cPanel -> Software/Services -> Softaculous close to the bottom of your cPanel.
Have you created a user for this database?
Did you ADD this user to the database?
Did you give the user proper privileges to access the database?
If not, go to cPanel -> Databases -> MySQL Databases to do so.
For the database host, use "localhost"
