What domain are you attempting to add to cPanel? It can take 24-48 hours for a domain's nameservers to update.

Here are the steps to add a subdomain: Login to cPanel: http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/ Then click on Subdomains in cPanel From there, you can add/delete/modify subdomains of domains you already have added (i.e. unrealfragger.x10.mx)

We cannot directly advise you on which Content Management System to use. My suggestion would be to use the one that does not give you a High Resource Usage suspension. I have used Drupal in the past with very good results and have never received a HRU suspension for using it.
