Im working with that tutorial right now. the only thing that I do not like about it, is when you are over a top level button. that it displays the javascript function to run.
is there a way to just make it display #

Java is run on the server, and there has not been notice of when it would be installed.
on the contary. flash is generated on the client's computer, so it is 'enabled' as long as the client has the latest flash player installed
i was also looking at ISPConfig.
now would etheir Webmin or ISPConfig be able to run on 128Mb of RAM?

it says I need to make my domain name a valid name server, through my register (soon gonna be goDaddy)
would it cost me any money to do that?
for some reason apache tells it to look for index.cgi
you might want to edit the .htaccess I believe to get it to see the index.php
but you might want to get an opinion from somebody else, since this is not my field. I just know a little about it.

now check your root directory, are you files there?
and make sure in your Control Panel that you have set you domain name to be your subdomain name.
