I thought that it went to the file to that file because that was where frontpage is setup to run and that is where the error page is kept. And the link it should go to http://www.thecomputerforum.co.uk/linksuccess.html. And i have checked thrugh that tutorial and i think it is all correct...

I found that you have to load the website http://dannad500.freehostia.com/circuitz4u/ before i can get it to load it does work though.
