CPanel is probably cached in your browser. You shouldn't be able to get there. Lotus is down. It was down this morning, then up shortly after they got it rebooted. Then there were problems after the reboot and it's down again. See the Server Alerts thread like Brandon said.

It has just recently been installed and is working for me. I've been talking to Corey about this for a while now. I'm going to check and see if the Perl DBI drivers are working correctly.

Also if you could, comment that you saw it in the Programming Help section. This will give a better understanding where users are actually seeing the Perl related posts.
