Ok first off then i think i need to know exactly where to upload my folder named "Upload". Is it Files - File manager -Web root - public_html ? Then make a new folder named "Forums" then extract the files here and i have to CHMOD all php files to 644? Is that right?

It was 600, I changed to 644 and its still the same. Edit: I actually can't progress any further until this is sorted out so i would be grateful if someone could help :sad:
