I see lots of people use this in their websites around most of their HTML! I don't understand what they do. Are they used to make the website centered? What do you need to make them? At the moment on my webpage I am using a table to get everything centered. Is there a better way?

Struggling to read it! The colours contrast alot and the text is long and narrow which also doesn't help when the are what they are.

I think a cross between the two would be great !

Nice orange background and general colour scheme. Layout is good. Agree with tittat that the logo shouldbe centered if possible.
