Either one would give you some MySQL databases, but they require different adverts. Advanced requires a text link to be placed anywhere on every page. Corporate requires a 468x60 banner to be placed at the top of every page. You can get the ad code from the AMP.

Make sure you check your SPAM folders. You should of have received one E-Mail saying that your account is in the queue, then one a bit later saying that your account has been created. Which plan did you sign up for? Ad-Free or Ad-Enhanced? Also what sub-domain did you choose? I may be able to...
