What is the database name? Also, upload issues would be outside of our control. They are normally caused by permissions not being set correctly on folders. Please check all your permissions and make sure they are set correctly for the script you are using.

It looks like this is resolved. If it is not please re-open this thread and provide a link to where the error is occurring. 500 errors are normally caused by permissions being set too high, i.e. 777
