Your account has been suspended for nulled scripts - nothing to do with high resource usage. And nulled scripts are a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service so your account is permanently suspended.

I would suggest taking Anna's advice and remove wp-super cache as that could very well be causing your problem - not resolving it.
