terryfoutch41: almost every free hosting service, short of a service like a blog host, is going to have downtime of some form or another. Another free hosting like x10 is going to have similar downtime because of the amount of resources each user shares. If you absolutely need a site up today...

As i noted before, the server your on is down. All you can do is wait for x10 to resolve the issue. It should be resolved within the next day, if not a little longer.

You should be fine. Even if you are suspended for inactivity, it sits there for 10 days before its actually deleted, and at any time in that 10 days, you can unsuspended it yourself.
