    Try your main domain rather that chopin. Also, try FTPS for greater security if your client supports it. The way the FTP server is configured, FTPS doesn't work with all clients, though it works with most. What happens if it doesn't work is that when you upload a file, it ends up having 0 size.

    You've left out a crucial piece of information: what's your domain? x10hosting.com has an SOA record, it's your site that doesn't. Try setting up the domain (as your main domain, a parked domain or add-on domain), then running the test again.
