from your code its clear that its bravenet who process the form, not any script from your part,so your php version doesn't matters.

Sorry,I don't know whether it is just for me,but your layout seems to be cluttered when viewed in IE.The problem is with navigation,it is misplaced somewhere at the bottom of the page in Internet Explorer.

the forum theme is nice,but you should consider broadening the forum categories.

it seems the reason for your suspension is high server usage, this may be caused by any wrong scripts that you may have installed.please considered removing it,and i promise everything will be back to normal.

Go to your phpmyadmin, export all database tables(from your previous host).Then import it here at x10 via phpmyadmin. If you still have problems please don't hesitate to ask.
