Your account is not suspended.

I can't tell you exactly what caused your account to be suspended. But it could be a badly code script or mod. Also it has been known for Wordpress to use too many of the server's resource causing a suspension.

As it says in the suspension reason, your account will be automatically unsuspended 15 minutes after the suspension was set.

http://housesole.x10hosting.com loads fine. http://housesole.co.cc doesn't work, I don't know why.

DNS is disabled on all the free servers. It is managed by one of the other servers, so it won't affect your site.

You were suspended because: "High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 15 minutes." As it says you will be automatically unsuspended 15 minutes after you were suspended.

I agree about the image it is too large, also it doesn't look very nice, I think a static image would be better. You could also do with a background colour, as it looks quick bland at the moment. Finally you need to sort out the width, some things are wider than others etc.
