no Marshian is correct. the username should be (cpannel_name)_wert and the host shold be toni.x10hosting.com if you are connecting from a different server which it sounds like you are trying to.

what you need to do is disable indexing for that directory. go to the index manager in cpannel and click on the /files directory. Select the no indexing option and then press save. that way people can not see what files are in the directory but can still access them. Hope this helps

I use something in between i think its like halfay between html and xhtml. Like i can close all of the tags and stuff correctly but i always forget that document type crap at the beginging and the xmls or whatever in the html tag. too confusing.
