A possible reason you are getting suspended is that one of the scripts you are using is badly coded and uses too many server resources. There is not much we can do to help, you need to try and work out what is causing the suspensions. It could be a mod that you have installed, or a old version...

I recommend PHP101, it is what I am using.

Your site works fine for me. Make sure you have cleared your cache and flushed your DNS.

I don't think you need ads on the Static Ad-Enhanced plan. I wouldn't be surprised if this plan is going to be removed.
