First thing is that it takes a while to load your site, try reducing the file size of some of your images. Also your site looks quite messy in Firefox 3, things are all different sizes. I think it would also look better if you put some more stuff in boxes and maybe change the background colour...

The error means that the script can't find the function called getTimeOffset(). Open the file and see if you can find the function (Also check any included files). Also make sure you have the latest version of the script you are using because it could be a bug.
