I am not able to find your cPanel username in the system. This probably means that your hosting account was terminated, but I can't tell you the reason. If an account manager passes by, they maybe will post the reason, but I can't promise anything. In the meantime, you can create a new hosting...

Unless you have made any changes other than the email change, I don't think you should be receiving mails... anyway, check in the spam folder and whitelist the x10hosting.com domain with your email provider to make sure that your emails are getting through. - xav0989

You need to include the specified code directly in the drupal template you are using, so that the ads are viewable from every single page in your website. As you said that you've included the javascript, make sure drupal is not using a cached copy, and clear it in that case. - xav0989
