not receiving mails for account updates

hi,

i have updated my account with my new mail id but am not receiving any mails for the updation or account suspension. I have checked both the options in"modify hosting account details",
-receive email when account data is updated
-receive email when account receives a notification message

kindly look into this issue..........

Unless you have made any changes other than the email change, I don't think you should be receiving mails... anyway, check in the spam folder and whitelist the x10hosting.com domain with your email provider to make sure that your emails are getting through.
