I've asked someone to go to the no-ip domain and it tells them they have to login which is clearly the DSL Modem configuration page though. >.>'

i don't want it to redirect to my modems config page. i want it to redirect it to my computers localhost provided by XAMPP. I've also TRIED to forward from modem to router to computer but it failed as posted on the previous page with screen shots.
