The migrations should be finished by thursday next week (hopefully), so an account manager will have a look then. Until the migrations are finished nothing will be done, so please don't bump the thread :) ~Callum

Yeah from the looks of things the migrations are doing some of an account and then the rest of it later, making it look like files have been deleted. Try again in a few days, and it should be working. If it isn't working by next friday create another thread and someone will look at it for you...
