Both the above methods will get you unsuspended, but I recommend comphelp's suggestion because it is easier, and will make sure that all the needed information is submitted. -
Getting Joomla 1.5.x
x10 can't upgrade the version of Joomla in Fantasico because all of that is managed by Fantasico. Hopefully a new version will be released soon that'll include Joomla 1.5. As ThePBgod said, you can download Joomla 1.5 from their website and install it manually, it's not too hard.- TechAsh
