I suggest doing a full virus scan of your PC. Then change your passwords for x10 (cPanel, FTP, Account panel, everything). Makesure you choose a secure password. Then, delete all of the files in your 'public_html' folder, and re-create your site. Hopefully doing the above will stop this from...

Have a look at this website (ThemeBot.com), they have 10 pages of WordPress themes so there should be something suitable there. ThemeBot, also have themes for many other thing, I found my Joomla theme on their website.

External link are links that don't point to another page on your website. So they are links to or from another website. The more links to your site you have the better your pageranking.

The easiest way to replace the default Joomla content is to go to the 'Article manager', delete everything. The start witting your own stuff. Note: make sure that you have some 'Sections' and 'Categories' set-up. But, yeah, like ThePBgod said, you should read the Joomla manual.
