There is no hosting account linked with your forums account, so you can create a new hosting account. Just Go to Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control/ login with forums username and password, Then open http://x10hosting.com/signup.php and register a new hosting account.

Just create a new folder named "public_html" in root dir, and upload your website in this folder. If you don`t have any backup of your website then your data is lost. because x10Hosting don`t have backups of free Accounts. It is your duty to take regular backups
