I also suggest that you change your password now that you have made it publicly available.
You can do this by going to cPanel and clicking "MySQL Databases". Just change the password for the user costa_costa. :)
Try powering off your modem and/or router and turning them back on after about 10 seconds. Sometimes that will change your IP address.
Also try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache?
Also, if your ISP supports dynamic IPs, you can try powering off your modem and/or router and turning them back on. Sometimes that will change your IP.

The backends used for suspensions are down as a result of the server moves ( http://status.x10hosting.com )
Once the server move is complete, you should be able to unsuspend yourself.
