It depends on which domain registrar you are using. Godaddy update it in 30-60 minutes. But sometimes it takes more than 2 hours. Free domain co.cc takes 4-5 hours but sometimes it take the maximum time for DNS propagation which is 48 hours Also this is not the right section for posting this...

Go to http://x10premium.com and buy a paid package, Then go to your clients area and create a support ticket, They will then transfer your this free account to paid server. Your don`t need to recreate your site(forums)
