Upgrading to Premium Hosting

When i upgrade to Premium Hosting, do i need to recreate my site(forum) or not? And is it remote access, or ftp or cpanel? I've never done this thing before.

Go to http://x10premium.com and buy a paid package, Then go to your clients area and create a support ticket, They will then transfer your this free account to paid server. Your don`t need to recreate your site(forums)
