It definetly looks quite good, all you need is more users and content. And like everyone else has said, you definetly need a better logo. ;)

I can never really afford to buy the lastest graphics cards but when I can I always by the x600GT series, they seem to be affordable and quite good at the same time. ;)

The trick with this sort of stuff is to ask someone or do a long search for it, because most of the time somebody else has done it. If you are really lucky they have made an awesome tutorial or mod to show you how to do it easily. ;)

It would have been absolutely ages ago, but it was probably my old schools website or google. I can't really remember. ;)

That is a classic file not found error with php, make sure that the correct location for that file has been given to the require_once() function. Remember that you should probably give it a location starting with the server root, or a '/'. So something like...
