You can't check for particularly for your account . There is no option to do that. Anyhow you can check the whole server status in CPanel.

Hi, Are you talking about the mysql and its bar below it showing 2/3 , It means you are using two databases, Total allowed are 3

For security reasons, The remote mysql is disabled on X10. You can not connect to x10 mysql server from outside.
